seamstress / seamster

We are looking for an experienced seamstress/seamster for a mattress manufacturing company in the Maldegem region!

What will your tasks be?

• You will be responsible for sewing covers and closing the mattresses.

As you gain more experience, we will teach you additional tasks step by step, such as:

• inserting zippers
• sewing on ribbons
• other finishing details

What do we expect from you?

• You work accurately and contribute to a high-quality end product.
• You already have some experience with sewing or working on a sewing machine.
• You work precisely and are quality-oriented.
• You speak Dutch or English well!
• The job is mainly done standing up, so you must be physically able to do this.

What do we offer you?

• On-the-job training by an experienced colleague
• Day shift working hours: from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Salary of €16 + €7.51 maaltijdcheque
• Your weekend starts at noon on Fridays!
• Permanent contract after a successful temporary period.
