Quality Manager

Due to our continued growth, continuous improvement of processes, systems and product quality we are looking for a Quality Manager to strengthen our Finance team.
As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for setting up, managing and improving the entire quality policy within a Configure to Order (CTO) organisation. The focus is on quality assurance in engineering, assembly and service, on supplier quality and on reducing the Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ). Continuous improvement is a foundational element of this role.
Your main tasks:

Lead the quality strategy & ISO system.

Improve engineering quality (BOMs, specs, ECR/ECO).

Strengthen FAT/SAT frameworks & quality gate.

Drive 8D, CAPA, NCR management & FPY improvements.

Boost supplier and customer quality.

Support audits and ensure compliance.

Lead the central Quality team.

Advise the CFO on quality risks & financial impact.
Profil
We are looking for a Quality Manager:

In possession of a master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management;

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function;

Strong CTO process knowledge;

Expertise in FMEA, 8D, audits & data-driven analysis;

Ability to influence without direct authority;

Experience with CONQ, ECR/ECO, FAT/SAT;

You have a problem-solving mindset, are autonomous, proactive & hands-on;

You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French;
