Quality Assurance Administrator

We are looking for a skilled administrative professional to join our client, a biotech company located in Zwijnaarde. In this role as Admin Support, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team and will be responsible for:
- Managing batch-related documentation, including issuing, reviewing, releasing, and reconciling records.
- Issuing and regularly reviewing established procedures.
- Coordinating the documentation flow in line with the production schedule.
- Storing and archiving GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documents and batch records.
- Reviewing GMP logs and verifying and approving SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
- You will carry out all tasks in strict accordance with safety protocols, quality systems, and GMP standards.
Profil
- Experience in administration and handling complex tasks.
- Great communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in team and very solution oriented.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP, or other similar softwares.
- The ability to adapt to shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Be prepared to work in the day-shift 8:00–18:00. In the future it is possible that you have to work 2 shifts: 6:00–16:00 and 14:00–00:00.
- Shift premiums variable depending on the shift, and double remuneration for Sunday work.
- After six months, depending on your performance, you may be offered a permanent contract
