Our client, an independent consultancy firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to provide maternity cover from 1 June 2026 to 31 January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a trilingual professional (Dutch with good English; solid French a plus) to play a key role in supporting project teams and ensuring smooth project and office operations

Key Responsibilities for this opportunity as Project Assistant :

Project Support

  • Assist in project coordination; participate in team meetings and update project documentation.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for offers/proposals to dedicated teams.
  • Organize and follow up on interviews as well as the programming of surveys.
  • Manage project administration: CRM updates, agreements, and ad hoc research tasks to support management and team leads.
  • Format final documents (offers, reports, presentations) and perform quality control on outgoing materials.

Documentation & Administration

  • Execute administrative tasks such as data entry, basic translations, and document preparation/editing.
  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices, handle invoice approvals and coordinate with accounting.
  • Ensure procurement of office supplies.

Communication & Coordination

  • Support efficient internal communication between departments and serve as the first point of contact for support requests.
  • Manage emails, screen/respond/forward as appropriate.
  • Facilitate onboarding/offboarding of employees, organizing practicalities (badges, IT equipment, etc.).
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings: schedule, prepare agendas, and manage facilities.
  • Liaise with suppliers and support operational external communication.
  • Manage team agendas and organize business travel arrangements.

Hospitality & Confidentiality

  • Welcome colleagues, guests, and clients with professionalism.
  • Manage catering for meetings/events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with company policy.

Profil

Your Profile for this opportunity as Project Assistant :

  • Trilingual: Very good level of Dutch; very good knowledge of English ; good command of French.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in project administration is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong verbal & written communication skills, and a proactive, agile mindset.
  • Able to multitask, manage time independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
