Production Worker – Concrete Repair

For a stable production company in Wielsbeke, we are looking for a production worker (concrete repair) for a fixed afternoon shift. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and finishing concrete elements to meet quality standards.
Your responsibilities
Repairing damage on concrete elements
Finishing and touch-ups of concrete (filling, sanding, patching)
Visual quality control of finished products
Correct use of hand tools and small equipment
Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace
Profil
Experience in concrete repair, construction, or production, or willingness to learn
Precise and detail-oriented
Physically able to handle manual work
Able to work independently but also as part of a team
