Location: Kluisbergen
Industry: Rubber Manufacturing
Work Schedule: 2 shifts (early & late)
We are a well-established rubber manufacturing company based in Kluisbergen, specialized in the production of high-quality rubber products for various industrial applications. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Production Operator to strengthen our team.
Your ResponsibilitiesOperating and monitoring production machines
Setting up machines according to production parameters
Performing quality checks on finished products
Identifying and reporting technical or production issues
Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment
Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets
PROFIEL
You have first experience as an operator in a production environment
Technical insight and willingness to learn
Ability to work accurately and independently
Good understanding of safety and quality standards
You are flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system
Good knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus)
