As an Associate Scientist – Aseptic Manufacturing, you play an active role in small-scale GMP manufacturing of new chemical entities and innovative treatments. You work under the guidance of the Group Leader – Aseptic Manufacturing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing GMP manufacturing activities in a brand-new Fill & Finish facility
• Preparing sterile solutions for injectable products
• Manufacturing parenteral solutions with small molecules or protein-based drugs
• Filling and capping vials using advanced equipment in an isolator
• Executing batch records step by step according to detailed Batch Record Documentation
• Working strictly in line with GMP and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborating in a team of at least two other technicians and or scientists

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical laboratory techniques, pharmaceutical assistant studies or equivalent
• Experience working in a cleanroom within a GMP environment
• Hands-on experience in an aseptic or sterile setting such as LAF cabinet or isolator is a strong plus
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy and documentation
• Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to escalate relevant issues
• Proactive and accountable approach to assigned projects
• Reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable with routine tasks
• Ability to follow procedures precisely and maintain accurate records
• Motivation to work in aseptic manufacturing and GMP manufacturing environments
