Office Assistant & Receptionist - Leuven

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Order and manage office supplies
- Oversee meeting room planning and logistics
- Act as the main point of contact for office and facility-related matters
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Profil
- You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French
- You have a first experience in an administrative or reception role
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office
- You are proactive, autonomous, and well-organized
- You have strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- You are available full-time
