As a Work Planner, you ensure that scheduled technical activities are prepared efficiently and in a structured manner. You translate maintenance and technical plans into clear, executable work orders and provide all necessary resources to ensure the work is carried out smoothly. You take safety into account at all times and communicate clearly with all stakeholders involved. All activities are centrally registered in the Ultimo maintenance management system.

Troubleshooting & coordination
You analyze mechanical failures and technical issues and coordinate possible solutions with the Field Coach.
Preparation & planning
You order the necessary parts, prepare clear work instructions, and efficiently schedule both personnel and maintenance activities.
Data management & follow-up
You accurately register completed work in the system and ensure that technical knowledge is documented and safeguarded for future use.

Profil
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or have equivalent experience through relevant prior work.
You are able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
You can identify and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Knowledge of Ultimo (an advantage) and MS Office.
You have a good command of Dutch and English.
