As an L&D Specialist your responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
- Identify learning needs through collaboration with department heads and employees.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Manage the learning management system and track employee progress.
- Support the Human Resources team with talent development strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and integrate best practices into training solutions.
Profil
A successful L&D Specialist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in learning and development or training roles within the business services industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication in English & Dutch, french is a plus
- Proficiency with learning management systems and training software.
- An innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
