Lab Support Operator

Not every strong candidate comes from a pharmaceutical background.
Some people stand out because of their work ethic, discipline and motivation to learn and that is exactly what we are looking for.
For this role, we welcome candidates from different professional backgrounds. You may have worked in food production, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, or another structured environment where hygiene, procedures and responsibility were essential. Or you may not yet have experience in pharma, but you do bring a stable work history, strong motivation and long-term potential.
You will work in a clean, modern and highly regulated environment, supporting the preparation of treatments that can improve the lives of patients with serious and life-threatening diseases. No previous pharmaceutical experience is required, we provide thorough training from the start.
What will you do?
- Help maintain a clean, safe and controlled laboratory environment.
- Clean and sterilize materials and equipment according to strict procedures.
- Work in protective clothing and follow all quality and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, always keeping quality, safety and accuracy as top priorities.
Profil
We believe in potential and motivation. This role could be a good fit if you:
- Have experience in food production, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, or another hygiene-driven or process-oriented environment,
or - Have a stable professional background and are ready for a new, long-term opportunity.
- Live nearby and can easily reach the site (also without public transport).
- Have an interest in healthcare, science or innovation.
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Work accurately, cleanly and in a structured manner.
- Are reliable, enjoy teamwork and can follow instructions carefully.
- Are flexible and willing to work in shifts.

À partir de € 16,89 par heure
- You will join the fascinating world of biotechnology in a strong, respectful, and diverse team where everyone is welcome.
- A competitive salary and meal vouchers of €7 per working day.
- A 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift schedule, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
- Work in a 3-shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all nine possible shifts:
- 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shift.
- We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
- After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.
