IT Project Manager

The job
You lead, coach & inspire a team of senior & junior developers, functional analysts & testers
You drive business requirements & process design activities
You are in charge of the planning & ensure your team doesn't miss any deadlines
You are responsible for the quality assurance of one of the NxtPeople modules
You have frequent strategic alignments with management on the feature roadmap
Always on the look-out for new technological developments and industry trends
You
A hands-on, pragmatic project manager who believes in doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
Operating effectively in a multi-disciplined technology environment with a passion for people.
Willingness to learn new processes and technologies
Entrepreneurial spirit combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
Open and effective communicator (both written and oral)
Experience in managing medium to large projects with multiple phases and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities
Unquestionable integrity and team spirit
Profil
It's extra awesome if you have
Experience in agile working
Experience with PHP or vue.js
Experience in the HR sector
