Inside Sales (Pooler)

As an Inside Sales professional, your responsibilities are:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Support the sales team in preparing offers, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to existing clients.
- Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction levels to ensure long-term relationships.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by providing administrative and operational support.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Profil
A successful Inside Sales professional should have:
- A degree or diploma in business, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in Technology & Telecoms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
