HR-Legal Counsel Director
Description de la fonction
- Develop and implement a legally watertight HR policy.
- Set up and manage processes: evaluation interviews, fleet policy, recruitment, retention strategies, and salary and compensation policy.
- Ensuring legal compliance in employment and contract law.
- Drafting, analysing and negotiating agreements and contracts with external partners.
- Advise on social legislation and compliance within the organisation.
- Guide and support management in HR and legal related issues.
- Working with the person responsible for payroll to ensure correct payroll processing.
Profil
- Master's degree in Law.
- At least 8 years' experience in an HR management position with legal expertise.
- Extensive knowledge of labour law and social legislation.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policy.
- Strong strategic and analytical insight, combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch/French/English.
