Description de la fonction

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple recruitment processes with precision and care?

As HR Assistant you will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and administrative follow-up, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Your tasks:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling (online and onsite) and accurate tracking in the e-recruiting systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a professional, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Organize onsite interview logistics, including agenda preparation, room bookings, visitor registration and travel or accommodation arrangements for international candidates. 
  • Support recruiters with offer and contract administration, follow-up on signatures and coordination of onboarding kick-off activities.
  • Ensure timely, accurate administrative follow-up and compliance with the recruitment processes, templates, and data requirements.

Profil

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a similar support role within a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, interview schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); able to interact professionally with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and confidence working with digital HR tools and standard MS Office applications.
  • High attention to detail, reliability and a service-oriented mindset, with respect for confidentiality and recruitment processes.
