Freelance Process Engineer
Description de la fonction
As a Freelance Process Engineer your responsibilities are:
- Lead NPI, Product Transfers (PTF), and innovation projects at site level
- Coordinate and execute First Time Makes (factory trials) in collaboration with technical teams
- Act as key interface with central innovation and technical stakeholders
- Analyze production performance and identify root causes of losses and KPI gaps
- Drive and facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions
- Support teams in data collection and extraction to enable CI and daily management systems (DMS)
- Optimize processes to increase throughput and reduce waste
- Develop and implement work instructions for new processes and products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
- Contribute to improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and environmental performance
Profil
A successful Freelance Process Engineer should have:
- Proven experience as a process engineer/expert in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Bioengineer)
- Strong background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and production systems (e.g., SAP, MES/SCADA)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence operational teams
- Languages: French required, with English and Dutch at working level
