Have you always been interested in the medical or scientific field, but never had the chance to get started?
Then this challenge is perfect for you!
In this position, you will have the opportunity to further explore the pharmaceutical sector. You will provide administrative and logistical support in the preparation and processing of treatments that have a real impact on the lives of patients suffering from blood cancer.
No prior experience is required.
We provide thorough training and on-the-job coaching. What matters most to us? Your motivation, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and desire to contribute to something truly meaningful.
What you can expect:
- You administratively process incoming goods, check documentation, maintain logbooks, and accurately complete all required forms.
- You use SAP for transactions related to inbound, picking, and outbound activities.
- You receive and inspect biological products in a temperature-controlled environment, fully in line with GMP/GDP procedures.
- You carefully handle materials stored at very low temperatures and ensure correct storage and monitoring.
- You work closely with Operations and Quality teams to support production and laboratory processes.

- You strictly follow procedures to ensure both product quality and your own safety.
- You speak and write fluent English.
- You can easily commute to Zwijnaarde.

À partir de € 17,17 par heure
- You will join the fascinating world of biotechnology in a strong, respectful, and diverse team where everyone is welcome.
- A competitive salary and meal vouchers of €7 per working day.
- A 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift schedule, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
- Work in a 2-shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all five possible shifts:
- 6:00–16:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00.
- After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.
