Electro-Mechanical Technician

We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Technician to help keep our high-tech glass production systems running smoothly and efficiently.
Your Role:
As an electro- or mechanical technician, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production and utility installations. You will carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance, solve technical issues quickly, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and/or mechanical faults in production and utility systems
- Perform maintenance and inspections on low- and medium-voltage systems, transformers, generators, and mechanical equipment
- Calibrate, measure, and adjust using modern tools (such as multimeters)
- Collaborate on improvement initiatives to optimize production and utilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all technical systems
- Share knowledge and support colleagues with technical questions
Profil
Your Profile
- A technical degree in electromechanics, electricity, or mechanics
- Experience with industrial installations (electrical or mechanical) is a strong plus
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and apply measurement and control techniques
- Analytical, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Willing to work in shift systems or day service
- Fluent in English or Dutch
- Motivated juniors with strong technical insight are also welcome!
