Delivery Coordinator & Data Analyst

Join our IT team and help improve data quality and the smooth running of projects. As Delivery Coordinator & Data Analyst you facilitate collaboration between teams and provide clear analysis that drives progress. This hybrid role allows you to combine coordination and analysis to have a direct impact on our processes.
Your work location: Brussels
Zoom on the job:- lead and facilitate agile ceremonies and status meetings (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- monitor progress, track team metrics and ensure transparency through regular reporting
- foster collaboration between technical teams, product owners and stakeholders
- clarify requirements, manage the backlog and align priorities
- foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability
- conduct thorough analysis of business requirements across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs
- work with stakeholders to gather analytical requirements and translate them into clear, actionable deliverables
- present insights and recommendations in a clear and business-friendly manner
- create automated reporting processes when possible to increase efficiency
- collaborate with data owners and various IT teams to ensure proper data governance, documentation, and lifecycle management
- prepare and execute solution testing; document processes, requirements, and user guides
Profil
- minimum 4 years’ experience in functional and/or business analysis
- good knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
- ability to collect, clean and prepare data from different sources
- experience creating PowerBI report mock-ups
- proficiency in MS Office, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, PowerBI, DAX (Palantir is a plus)
- strong communication skills and ability to explain technical insights in business language
- excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- organised, detail-oriented and proactive in spotting risks and opportunities
- collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and influence teams
- problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- professional fluency in English and Dutch and/or French
