Customer Support and Office Management Specialist

Robert Half is currently looking for a German speaking Office, HR & customer support (m/v/x) for a firm in Diegem.
Intérim Temps plein

The firm is active in high-end home automation. The position is full-time, with a prospect of a permanent contract. The location is easily accessible by train and bus, and there is ample parking available. You will be working in an international environment, with English as the primary language.

Customer Support and Office Management Specialist

Description de la fonction

As a Customer Support and Office Management Specialist (m/v/x), you will be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
* You will also support administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and general office work.
* You will also play a key role in assisting the sales team and providing general operational support.
* You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office. This includes ordering office supplies, liaising with the cleaning team, etc.
* You will handle all HR documentation and take contact with the payroll partner to get answers to HR related matters.

Profil

Required skills:
* Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written.
* Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to effectively communicate with different types of customers.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
