Act as the main procurement partner for assigned business areas across indirect spend
Translate business needs into efficient sourcing solutions with internal stakeholders
Manage PR-to-PO flows, spot sourcing, and supplier negotiations to deliver savings
Review purchase requests and small contracts for policy and compliance alignment
Create and manage POs and BPOs, tracking confirmations and delivery risks
Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, driving corrective actions
Support continuous improvement, data accuracy, and procurement process optimisation
Profil
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, ideally within indirect spend
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable savings
Confident working with Excel (intermediate-advanced); experience with ERP or e-procurement tools is a plus
Comfortable operating in an international, cross-functional environment
Fluent in English, with French or Dutch as a strong asset
Hands-on, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Flexible and willing to work on-site
