Business Central Technical Engineer
Description de la fonction
In this position, you will assist with troubleshooting, implementation, and continuous enhancement of solutions while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Tasks:
- Provide daily support via email and helpdesk platforms to partners for troubleshooting, installation assistance, and product configuration;
- Reproduce reported technical issues and share findings with the development team for resolution;
- Test newly developed functionalities to ensure smooth user experiences;
- Create and maintain helpful documentation for frequently asked questions;
- Act as the main contact between the support team and developers to resolve advanced technical cases;
- Help partners implement solutions when additional guidance is required;
- Offer training programs for both partners and their clients;
- Assist in product translations from English to French.
This role will require a structured approach and an eagerness to support others while sharing technical expertise in meaningful and practical ways.

Profil
We are looking for someone who is service-minded, enjoys building relationships, and is highly organized in their approach to multiple tasks and priorities within a growing team.
Profile:
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch, and French;
- You have a strong understanding of financial processes;
- You are skilled at identifying issues and collaborating on solutions with a development team;
- You are passionate about testing new functionalities and maintaining well-documented support resources;
- You excel at gathering and sharing valuable feedback for product improvement;
- Experience with Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar platforms is an advantage but not required;
- You are a natural networker with strong teamwork capabilities.
