Welcome to Traxial: Where big ideas start small (but mighty)
At Traxial, we design and build axial flux motors. We test a lot, we learn fast, and we keep pushing until the results are where they need to be.
To support our growing test activities, we're looking for someone who enjoys making processes smoother, digging into the data, and helping the team understand what our machines are really telling us.
You will be:
- Automating parts of our test set up and reporting so the team can work faster, with fewer manual steps
- Translating raw test data into clear summaries and technical reports for customer requirements
- Work with our test engineers during motor testing campaigns
- Analyze data from test batches to check how stable and repeatable our processes and motors are.
- Introduce useful AI or scripting tools when they make life easier for the team.
Who we're looking for
- Strong engineering background with good analytical skills
- A plus if you have experience in a test environment, specifically motors or power electronics
- You have interest and curiosity about electric machines and how they behave
- You're comfortable with code, automation tools and AI.
- It's a plus if you have a background with industrial motors.
- Experience with National Instruments VeriStand, LabView, or TestStand is a bonus.
