Technical Sales Support (Junior)
Job description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Sales Support professional with a technical or mechanical background who is eager to learn and grow within an international company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical products, is willing to visit customers when required, and is keen to develop both technical and commercial skills in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support
o Provide product and technical consultations and conduct training for customers and partners (online and on-site).
o Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer needs.
o Advise clients on product operation, maintenance, service requirements, and troubleshooting.
2. Claims and Warranty
o Register and manage customer claims related to damaged goods, shortages, incorrect shipments, or warranty issues.
o Work closely with quality, logistics, and service teams to resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
o Maintain accurate claim records and provide structured follow-up.
o Analyse recurring issues to identify systemic gaps and contribute to process and product improvements.
Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
o Technical or Mechanical Education.
o Strong interest in technology and hands-on work.
o Willingness to visit customers and provide on-site support in the future.
o Experience or practical skills in electrical, sanitary or plumbing installations are highly appreciated.
o Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset.
o Positive, solution-oriented thinking.
o Eager to learn and develop professionally.
o Good communication skills
o Fluency in Dutch, English and French
o Driving licence (Category B)
