As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities are:
- Managing the calendar and scheduling appointments for senior management.
- Coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and necessary documentation.
- Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the management team.
- Organizing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Relevant experience in a secretarial or business support role within the business services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and either Dutch or French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
