OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job description


As ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OPERATIONS, you will provide essential back-office support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for sales order processing, after-sales service, administrative follow-up, purchase reporting, and supporting the onboarding of new customers. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth of a company in full expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate administrative follow-up

  • Handle after-sales activities and customer support tasks

  • Prepare purchase reports and assist with supplier coordination

  • Support the implementation and onboarding of new customers

  • Collaborate with the operations manager and other departments to ensure efficiency

  • Contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives

     

Profile


We are seeking a motivated ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OPERATIONS with strong administrative and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages like French or Dutch are a big plus (Mandarin is considered an advantage)

  • Strong IT skills; proficiency with digital tools is highly valued

  • (First) Experience in administration, back-office, or operations support (FMCG, retail, or consumer electronics background preferred)

  • Digital marketing skills are considered a plus

  • Hands-on mentality, accuracy, and ability to work independently

  • Valid work permit for Belgium
