Lead Prototype Technician (LPT)
Job description
As an LPT, you are a crucial link regarding:
• the production and testing of prototypes
• optimizing the production process and test methods
• the maintenance of machines and the workshop You will have a varied job in a high-tech environment where precision, innovation, and quality are key. Every day a new challenge. You form a close partnership with the workshop and testing manager. The project engineers are your direct colleagues.
What you do
• Contribute to high-tech lightweight products in a solid team.
• You take the lead in our workshop regarding the machines and processes used to make prototypes.
• Plan, operate, and improve CNC machines, industrial robots, and manual machines.
• Plan, execute, record, and manage:
Production of prototypes
Maintenance of machines and the workshop
• Take the lead in implementing and executing improvements and optimizations regarding safety and quality. • In short: “You get things done!”

Profile
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent by experience.
• You work accurately, enjoy variety, and are eager to learn. We are happy to train you on the production process!
• You are solutions-oriented and show initiative.
• You speak and understand English. Knowledge of CAD, PLCs, and/or experience with composite materials are a plus.
Required education: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent by experience.
