The job in a nutshell
As an Information Security Officer, you play a key role in strengthening the security posture of Vintia. You will translate security strategy into clear policies, practical measures and awareness across the organization.
You will work closely with both business and technology teams to ensure security is embedded in our processes, products and partnerships.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining and implementing information security policies, standards and procedures aligned with the Group security strategy.
- Translating security requirements into practical guidelines and processes for business and technical teams.
- Monitoring security risks and coordinating mitigation actions across the organization.
- Conducting and coordinating internal security assessments and control reviews
- Maintaining and improving the business continuity and security governance processes.
- Managing vendor and third-party security risk assessments.
- Supporting customer security questionnaires, audits and security-related inquiries.
- Raising security awareness and organizing internal training initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with the Group Security Team to ensure alignment with the wider security strategy
Profile
What makes you unique?
We are looking for a pragmatic security professional who combines governance, risk and compliance knowledge with the ability to translate security into practical actions.
You bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, security risk management or compliance.
- A technical background (e.g. Software Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or similar).
- Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR and the Cyberfundamentals Framework.
- A broad understanding of security technologies and modern IT environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SOC1 / SOC2, Cyber Essentials, NIS 2 Important / Essential or similar security frameworks.
- Security certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar.
