Forwarding executive agent

Through a wide variety of customers, the group master’s different rail-related professions: local rail operations, multimodal transfer and transnational lines in France, Belgium and Italy.
Our Headquarter is based in Alost, Belgium.

About the role:

In our expansion, we are looking for a Forwarding executive/agent to join a team of 4 employees.
At this position you will: 

• Manage train & wagon customers’ needs for collection and delivery,
• Monitor transit time dealing with railway undertaking,
• Manage warehouses loading-Unloading capabilities,
• Register track and trace information,
•  Perform cost and margin analysis.

Who are you?

We are looking for:

• Experience in transportation business or a similar role could be appreciated
• High interest and knowledge in the transport industry,
• Curious and eager to learn,
• Customer-oriented,
• Rigorous,
• Autonomous,
• Fluent in English and Dutch, good French level is mandatory (B2).

This position is based in Alost, Belgium.
