Job description
As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities are:
- Perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs at client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during service activities.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical challenges.
- Manage tools and spare parts inventory effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
Profile
A successful Field Service Technician should have:
- Technical education or background in engineering or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in Bruxelles and surrounding areas.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
