Data Scientist / ML Engineer
Job description
At TurnUp, we build AI solutions that help healthcare practices reduce no-shows and work more efficiently. We already use a predictive model and are now scaling it further.
We are looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer to strengthen our team.
Your role
You develop and improve AI models that are actively used in our platform. You translate healthcare data into actionable insights and help optimize appointment planning.
Your responsibilities

Improve and maintain our predictive no-show model

Build models that support smarter appointment scheduling

Collaborate with back-end and front-end teams to integrate AI into the product

Set up feedback loops to continuously improve model performance

Contribute to new AI products (AI call centers, chatbot, etc.)

Explain model outcomes to non-technical colleagues
Your profile
-
Minimum 3 years experience as Data Scientist or ML Engineer

Strong in data analysis and machine learning

Experience with MLFlow

Experience with models such as Random Forest, XGBoost or Neural Networks

Experience with Azure ML (deployment, monitoring, retraining)

Experience with ETL and data platforms

Fluent in English
Nice to have: experience in healthcare
