Job description

Job Description: As a Temporary Customer Service Representative focused on the DACH market, you will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for exceptional customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the region, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues on time.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our innovative products, services, and policies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
