Job description
You carry out mystery visits to test the quality of service provided by retailers (hotels, restaurants, stores, theme parks, etc.), following a precise scenario and briefing.
At the end of each visit, you answer a questionnaire (via our application) to evaluate your experience. Our briefings and questionnaires are avalable in the language of your choice.
We offer different types of mystery visits in a variety of fields, and are looking for profiles from all over Belgium (Brussels and its region, Antwerp, Hasselt, Liege, Namur, etc.).
