Account Manager - agency - Vlaams-Brabant (M/F/X)
Job description
As Account Manager, you will :
- Managing all operations for several clients
- Drafting or overseeing briefings
- Negotiating budgets
- Conducting business reviews
- Building long-term relationships based on win-win partnership values
- Coaching, developing, and conducting individual meetings with your team
- Coordinating various internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring the profitability of your various accounts
- Providing regular reports to agency management
Profile
The successful Account Manager has the following profile :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency
- Good client relations, proactive, empathetic, passionate, organized, and solution-oriented
- Both a big-picture perspective and attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coach and manage a team
- Strong interest in the retail sector, its challenges, and its practical aspects
- Good knowledge of French and Dutch
