This training will teach you how to use AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to make your work more efficient, faster, and better. The aim is to enable you to formulate effective instructions, or "prompts," and to use AI assistants as personal tools to support your business activities. By understanding the full potential of these tools, you can significantly boost your productivity.

The objectives of this training are to:

• learn how AI assistants can support your daily business tasks;
• gain insight into how prompts work and learn how to write effective prompts.

    • Overview of all possibilities with practical tips and tricks
  • What is a prompt, and how do you write one?
    • Learn the necessary steps for prompt construction
• Hands-on exercises to get familiar with your AI assistant

• Tools: a laptop is required for this training, as practical exercises will be carried out.

You follow a ‘Classroom training’ in a group. You, the other participants and the teacher are all present in the same classroom at an agreed time. There is an opportunity for interaction and feedback, both from the participants to the teacher and vice versa. The teaching material consists as a basis of a presentation via the MyFA learning platform, supplemented with various other items (such as digital syllabus, presentation, audiovisual fragments, etc.).
