The aim of this course is to:

• enable participants to confidently deploy GenAI in a testing process.

During this interactive training we will cover

• the basics of generative AI and LLMs;
• prompt engineering: how to write effective prompts for test analysis, design and regression testing;
• the risks of AI: hallucinations, bias and privacy issues – and how to recognize and manage them;
• AI-supported test infrastructure: including RAG, fine-tuning and LLMOps;
• the integration of GenAI in test processes and organizations: from strategy to adoption.
