ICT-Projectmanagement in de praktijk
- formation par Syntra Antwerpen & Vlaams-Brabant
- Malines, Anvers & Port d'Anvers, Louvain
During this two-day workshop, we will dive into the world of the IT professionals: system administrators, software engineers, enterprise architects, QA testers ...
What does such a role entail? What knowledge and skills are necessary? ABIS will help you create the necessary technical handles.
Many HR employees and recruiters in the IT sector will be familiar with the following situation:
on the one hand a vacancy / job description full of technical terms, product names, and acronyms, and on the other hand a stack of resumes with the same number of technical terms, product names and acronyms ... but probably not the same.
How do I choose the right candidate for the job?
Insight into the complex and rapidly changing IT world is essential for this. This training course offers a solid reference frame for placing the many 'cries' and seeing the connections, with concrete examples and demos. Without going too deeply into technical details, we teach you to see the forest for the trees.
During the training:
Classroom instruction with demos and workshops, for example research work on Wikipedia and technical websites, and discussion of specific vacancies and CVs, possibly provided by the participants.
Delivered as a live, interactive training: available in-person or online, or in a hybrid format. Training can be implemented in English, Dutch, or French.
If interested in organising this training internally, get in touch with us; we can even customise it to meet your specific needs.
No specific prior knowledge is required.
This course is especially useful for HR employees and recruiters, involved in IT-related staffing, secondment, outsourcing, career guidance, etc.
