Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and enhance features within our .NET-based desktop applications using C#, WPF, and SQL databases.
You will collaborate in a dynamic team environment that includes both senior and junior developers, sharing your expertise while continuously learning from your peers. Working within cross-functional Agile teams, you will contribute to delivering scalable, maintainable, and customer-focused software solutions.
In long-term customer projects, you will take ownership of technical analysis and architectural decisions, ensuring robust and future-proof implementations. You will uphold high standards of code quality, actively contribute to internal best practices, and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation to support long-term maintainability and seamless knowledge transfer.
Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact for assigned applications, providing technical guidance and support when needed.
Profil
- minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with .NET (C#).
- Strong expertise in .NET, WPF, and SQL databases.
- Solid grasp of software architecture and clean code principles.
- Proficient in Git, including branching strategies, rebasing, and resolving merge conflicts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to take ownership of complex projects and drive them to completion.
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Optional: familiarity with mobile app development (e.g.,Xamarin, MAUI, or native solutions).
- Optional: knowledge of 3D computer graphics orgeometry-heavy applications (e.g., CAD, BIM).
