As a Back-up Team Leader, you help the Team Leader and take over when they are absent. You make sure the warehouse runs smoothly and safely, keeping productivity, quality, and a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and replace the Team Leader when needed
- Guide and motivate team members on the floor
- Keep track of productivity, quality, and safety
- Report progress and any problems to management
- Suggest improvements to make work more efficient
Profil

- experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- leadership skills with a hands-on mentality
- Communicates in both Dutch and English
