Junior Customer Service Representative

Description de la fonction

We are looking for a customer-oriented colleague who can assist our European customers in multiple languages and is motivated to learn about our technical products and maintain accurate documentation. You will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction at Winsol.

Don’t worry, we will fully provide training on our products. Motivation and eagerness to learn are your most important assets for this role!

You will be part of the Technical Customer Service team in Aalter and will report to the Customer Service Manager.

About the role

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers by phone by answering their technical questions and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborating with different departments to resolve customer inquiries, ensuring efficient cooperation and proper documentation.
  • Over time, providing technical training together with your team for internal staff as well as our B2B customers.
  • Visiting customers on-site when phone support is not sufficient, to analyze and resolve issues more accurately.
  • Handling the administrative follow-up of claims.

Profil

You are a perfect fit for this role because you:

  • Have a good command of German and English, both spoken and written. French and/or Dutch are a plus.
  • Are customer-focused and strive for the highest quality.
  • Have an interest in our technical products.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CAD is a plus.
  • Are analytical and have a natural ability to approach and solve problems.
  • Can work independently.
  • We will provide full training, coaching, and product education.
