For the location in Hoogstraten, our client is looking for enthusiastic operators.
Curious about how paper and cardboard are made? With our client, you will learn it all!
As an operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. These are your responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines for the production of paper and cardboard products.
- Starting and stopping machines according to prescribed procedures.
- Performing quality checks on products during the production process.
- Ensuring a smooth production process with your colleagues.
- Performing first-line maintenance on the machines.
- Reporting technical malfunctions and working with the technical department to resolve them.
Monitoring the safety instructions and ensuring they are applied in the workplace

- Working in a production environment doesn’t scare you, even if it’s noisy.
- You are a handy person with an interest in technology.
- You value safety, order, cleanliness, and quality.
- You are open to feedback and see it as an opportunity to grow.
- You demonstrate responsibility and are always ready to help others.
- You have basic PC skills.
- You will be employed in a 2-shift or 5-shift system.
- You speak good Dutch or English.

Our client offers their operators an attractive salary package:
- Basic gross salary: 17.53 + 15% shift premium
- After one month: 18.63 + 15% shift premium
- Additionally, you also receive meal vouchers (€8/day).
