CNC Machine Operator – 3 Shifts

Are you an experienced CNC operator with a passion for aerospace technology? For a large international company in Oostkamp, a leading manufacturer of precision components for the aerospace industry, we're looking for a skilled new collegue to join their 3-shift production team.
Your role
As a CNC operator, you'll be responsible for the various CNC machines that produce high-precision aircraft components.
Your responsiblities:
- Configure and operate the machines
- Thoroughly monitor and reconfigure the machines
- Solve easier errors, perform small maintenance works and help with large maintenance works and reparations
- Strict quality controls
- Register everything the computer system
You’ll work in a rotating 3-shift schedule:
- Early shift: 05:00–14:00
- Late shift: 14:00–22:00
- Night shift: 22:00–05:00
Your work helps keep the aerospace industry running around the clock.
Profil
Is this you?
- Experience with CNC in metal: turning, milling, drilling, cutting...
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical plans
- Own transport to the company in Oostkamp (no public transport nearby)
- Very good Dutch OR very good English

Offre
You can expect:
- Hourly wage: €19,1612/h
- Shift bonus for the early and late shifts: 12,5% extra
- Night bonus: 100% extra
- Meal vouchers: €8/day
