HR Assistant
Functieomschrijving
The following tasks will be yours:
- Management of the central mailbox of the HR department (central communication point for all teams)
- Provide information to employees regarding HR-related matters in a broad sense (internal arrangements, insurances, company cars, etc.)
- Perform all kinds of HR administrative tasks related to the monthly payroll processing (e.g. registrations in the payroll system, keep the plannings up-to-date)
- Prepare and process employment contracts or amendments
- Provide support for trainings (look for appropriate courses, monitoring budgets, registrations & accommodations)
- Provide support in the fleet management (contacts with lease company, follow-up of contracts & offers)
- Provide operational support in the onboarding processes of new colleagues or in the departure processes of outgoing colleagues
- Provide administrative support in the implementation of various projects (car policy, job descriptions, training policy, evaluation template, …)
- Issue purchase requests and purchase orders for overhead departments in SAP
- Operate as one-off back-up of the office assistant
Profiel
- You have a relevant experience in a similar function (2-5 years)
- You have affinities with jobs impacting the environment & you are interested in durability
- You have strong written and oral communication skills
- You treat confidential information with the utmost discretion
- You are hands-on and responsible
- You are organised, pragmatic and solutions minded
- You are bilingual in Dutch and French
- You like varied job
- You are IT minded
- You have good command of MS-office
