- Contacting customers to entice them with the benefits of our services.
- In-depth analysis of customer needs to present them with the most enchanting product.
- Guide clients by phone in choosing the most sensational assistance insurance, from cancellation insurance to medical and technical assistance.
- Answering questions with flair, both in writing and on the phone, and spotting commercial opportunities (care and after-sales where necessary).
- Be responsible for close follow-up of quotes.
- Transform the customer database into a sparkling source of up-to-date information.
Profiel
- We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Embraces our values: responsibility, customer focus, commitment, innovative & authentic.
- Is fluent in Dutch (French is a bonus).
- Has an enticing experience in a similar function (contact center, internal sales, outbound sales...).
- Commercially minded, with the power to convince others and be result oriented.
- Is flexible in in- & outbound projects, is a real team player and open to feedback.
- Willing to shine in a flexible schedule between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.
