Accounting part:
- Ensuring correct booking of customer orders and invoicing of the delivered goods
- Booking account statements and purchase invoices
- Drawing up and following up payment reminders for customers
- Formatting payments
- Assisting with the end-of-year audit of the auditors
Customer Service part:
- Handling complaints regarding deliveries
- Informing customers about any shortages in stock and offering solutions to the customers
- Answering customer questions about orders and deliveries
- Centralize and process all kinds of customer complaints about invoicing, delivery, stock and products
- Reception of visitors
