- Ensure compliance: Uphold regulatory standards and internal quality protocols to guarantee products meet industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Continuous improvement: Implement processes to identify areas for enhancement, driving efficiency, and minimizing defects in the production line.
- Data analysis: Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for corrective action.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with production teams and other departments to foster a culture of quality, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
Profiel
- No degree required BUT you MUST have a consequent experience in an industrial environment (At least 6 - 7 years).
- Engineer mindset & Proactive. Proficiency in French AND Dutch.
- Demonstrated capabilities in leadership and communication, adept at inspiring and guiding a team of diverse individuals.
- Proficient in utilizing production management software and MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies for continuous enhancement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
