Site Supervisor
Description de la fonction
As Site Supervisor, you will have the following duties:
- You are responsible for the planning and organisation of the works and report the progress of the projects to the Project Manager in the weekly meeting.
- You will draw up quotations, order materials, check daily reports and prepare progress reports.
- You supervise the site with an eye on safety and quality.
- You instruct, supervise, correct and motivate the staff on site, control working hours and report problems or deviations to the Project Manager.
- You watch over the efficiency of the works, take the initiative in post-calculation and make the final bill with the approval of the Project Manager.
Profil
Who are we looking for for the position of Site Supervisor?
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in construction.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience as Site Supervisor.
- You hold a driving license.
- You have experience within piping.
- You have the certificate VCA-VOL.
- You can work fluently with MS-Office.
- You are a people manager with the necessary leadership skills.
- You are flexible, hands-on and pragmatic.
- You have a result-oriented attitude.
