Our client is an international company active in the animal health sector. They produce and distribute veterinary and animal health products in more than 100 countries all around the globe. In order to sustain their growing international market, they are looking for a Export Sales Manager - Veterinary - Europe and Africa to take over the existing clients portfolio and develop the market in Europe and Africa.

As a successful Export Sales Manager - Veterinary - Europe and Africa, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with the key accounts in order to drive sales and adoption of animal health products. Therefore, you will have the following responsibilities: Account Management:
- Develop and implement strategical plans for each client within each region in order to meet target sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key accounts to strengthen product adoption and loyalty
- Provide technical support and training to boost product knowledge of the clients
- Identify new partners to enhance market coverage and distribution network
- Organise and participate to international industry conferences, seminars and networking events
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and boost product portfolio expansion
- Prepare and present sales forecast, budgets and reports to top management
- Report performance metrics and provide market insights and recommendations
Profil
As a successful Export Sales Manager - Veterinary - Europe and Africa, you will have the following requirements:
- You have at least a Master Degree in Business administration or equivalent by experience
- You have 3-5 years commercial experience as Export Manager, International Business development or similar relevant functions - B2B experience is a plus
- You have previous experience or at least a strong interest in Animal foods, Animal health, Veterinary products or Human health
- You are open to travel internationally, at least 25% of your time
- You are fluent in both English and French
- You have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily adapt to different cultures and mentalities
- You are an independent and an autonomous worker with a great team spirit
