Profil
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
