Job description
In this role, you will have the chance to spearhead a variety of projects, both strategic and operational in nature. From designing and implementing HR strategies to managing day-to-day operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's HR landscape. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a dedicated team member, guiding them towards professional growth and success.
Profile
- Strong leadership abilities and mentoring skills.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices +7 years' HR experience
- Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Experience managing day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness in a diverse workplace environment.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the NGO sector.
- French - English and any other European languages is a plus
